Our mission is to support our clients through a process that can be unfamiliar, stressful and confusing to them in order to help reach resolutions that best meet their unique needs and objectives. While our initial approach to most matters is to explore the potential for collaboration and amicably negotiated solutions, we have decades of litigation experience and are aggressive advocates for our clients’ interests in the courtroom when necessary. Our cases run the gamut from uncontested matters to high conflict disputes involving complex financial issues and highly contested child custody matters.

Our mediation practice provides the opportunity for clients to resolve their domestic relations disputes in a neutral and objective setting facilitated by a mediator experienced in family law. Many couples successfully utilize this process to negotiate their issues under the guidance and direction of the mediator in order to arrive at a mutually crafted agreement. Our attorneys often support and consult with clients while they go through this process. In addition, as part of her practice, Attorney Jill Brofsky is a trained mediator and can be engaged to act in this capacity to help couples resolve their differences.
